Here we hope to answer all of the questions you may have regarding out group features section. It really is a piece of p*ss to use but just in case we have come up with most of the frequently asked questions to date and put them together here to help. Of course this is always being updated so if the answer to your question is not here please ask us.
The first thing you should do is name the event as it makes it more personal when inviting other people! (Click to Enlarge)
Then when you send out the invites the email looks like this. In this example our event name is "Steve's Last Night of Freedom" (Click to Enlarge)
Next if you already have your flight booked then update the flight details for both the arrival and departure including flight numbers (as we do check) and also the time in local and in 24 hour format if possible. If you don't have these details to hand you can always login anytime and update. (Click to Enlarge)
If you are in any doubt of what we need from you, you have a check list at the top right hand side of your page like this. The sooner you get the boxes checked the better and easier for us here in Bratislava :-) (Click to Enlarge)
Login back into your booking and in the new section under the list of activities is 4 tabs and the first tab is where you add people to the party! (Click to Enlarge)
Click on"Enter Guests Details" and you can then input the first name and surname as well as an email address if you wish that person to get an invite by email. We have also implemented a feature where you can add a mobile number to that participant and they will also receive an invite by SMS directly to their mobile - Please use the international number format so if the number is 07745458995 then please add +44 and take off the zero so it's like this +447745458995. Participants can have either email or mobile number or both! If you are adding the Stag and wish the itinerary to remain a secret then put the stags name and use your email address so he will NOT get an invite to login. (Click to Enlarge)
Once the name and email has been added hit save and that person will automatically get and email invite to login and pay their share. Any invites sent out, when they click on the link in the email they can only view the Participants and Attendance tabs and if any changes are to be made they can only be done by the organiser of the event! When you add a new participant to the party they are automatically added for every event in your itinerary. (Click to Enlarge)

As a guest you can pay as much or as little as you wish to spread the cost of the event! If you wish to pay the whole amount then when you first login you will see the Pay Now which is the total amount! (Click to Enlarge)
If you prefer to pay off a little at a time or wish to pay for someone else then you'll need to click the payments tab to bring up the list like in our example here. (Click to Enlarge)
Then just type in the amount you would like to pay. Please note you cannot overpay for anyone so if your share is £202.77 you cannot put more than this amount in the box to pay! (Click to Enlarge)
After clicking proceed with Payment you'll be taken to our secure payment gateway where you can pay by Credit Card or Debit Card - Visa or MasterCard and even Diners Club! Unfortunately we cannot process Amex at this time! As you can see is this example we are paying £53.00 which is £50.00 for Ivor and £3.00 for Steve. (Click to Enlarge)
If you payment is successful then you will get an email and also the payments are updated in real time on the booking page like in the example below. Each payment and for who and by whom is kept for future records in case of any discrepancies. (Click to Enlarge)
As the organiser you can resend out the invites to get more of a response or to remind people that they need to pay up! All you need to do is login and under the participants tab check the boxes of those who have not paid and hot "Resend Invites" (Click to Enlarge)
Everyone who had the box ticked will receive an invite again.
If you are fortunate enough to qualify for a free place then when adding the Stag as the Free Place all yo need to do is tick the box when putting in his name. (Click to Enlarge) In this example Steve has the free place and we don't want him to see any of the weekend's plans and therefore put the organisers email address so Steve the Stag will not get an invite!
Once this has been saved then the payments tab will show that Steve the Stag will owe nothing! (Click to Enlarge) Remember that the free place is only if the group is 15 or more and we have the right to take this away if the group size fall below 15!! If in doubt please ask.
